Who Is - Yolandi Rautenbach
Wow Who am I?.....Well to start off, I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. I got married to the man of my dreams in 2011 , who always been my backbone and who has always supported me throughout this journey. I found out that I was pregnant on my birthday in 2012 and gave birth to a perfect little boy, named Reghardt in 2013 and just after our son’s first birthday I found out that I was pregnant again and in 2015 I gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Mianique…..Well that is describing me in a nutshell.
On the photography side, WHO AM I…..
This takes me back a few years, let’s say many, many moons ago. I was about 9 years and the only thing I ever wanted was a camera for my birthday to take beautiful images. I got my camera. It was a black Kodak disposable camera and boy did I take photos of the strangest things. I still remember the day I took the film in to be developed. For those of you who do not know what a film is, it is a roll of thin flexible strip of plastic that you use to place in the back of a camera. You would then take it to Kodak to get developed which cost about R50 for 35 images.
But who am I as a photographer….
I love meeting new people and capturing special moments through the eye of my lens. I normally see things that you would miss and that is why you should leave the special moments to me…..you will not regret it…..
As I photographer I love capturing family’s and also weddings. Some may ask me what do I love more, family photography or wedding photography? Well why don’t you ask me who do I love more, my son or my daughter? I love both just as much .
Well in a nutshell, Who Am I?
I am a passionate photographer who will create ever lasting memories…..and each and every photo shoot or wedding is just as important as each of my children……
